Nestled on a serene stretch of Lake Austin, Ski Shores is a property steeped in family history and surrounded by the natural beauty of towering bald cypress trees and rugged limestone cliffs. 
 

Our main goal was to design and build a space that seamlessly blended into the natural surroundings, honoring the family’s long-standing connection to the land and allowing them to fully enjoy their lakeside property. To achieve this, we utilized the naturally occurring limestone from the cliffs, combining it with cut limestone to craft a patio, steps, and a seawall that harmonize effortlessly with the environment.
 

The result is a tranquil outdoor space where the family can gather, unwind, and soak in the beauty of Lake Austin, all while preserving and enhancing the property's natural character.
